Justin Bieber was reportedly pulled over and arrested at around 4 A.M. this morning on suspicion of a DUI.  The officer states in the official arrest report (see below), that the driver (Justin Bieber) seemed to be intoxicated and had an odor of alcohol on his breath.

He was supposedly ‘street racing’ with fellow friend and music superstar Khalil, who inked a deal with Def Jam recordings.  This news has bee nall over the itnernet and we will keep you up to date on this pending DUI case for the young Justin Bieber.
