Actress and fashion icon Jessica Simpson is being very honest about her struggles to slim down after the birth of her first child, Maxwell, who was born on May 1st. Jessica’s weight has for years been a constant source of scrutiny and the star feels the pressure of getting her pre-baby body back. “I let myself indulge in everything I wanted because it was the first time I was ever pregnant, and I wanted to enjoy it,” Simpson told USA Today. “I wanted to be happy and eat what I wanted. I didn’t realize the weight didn’t all come off with the baby.” Simpson says that she tries to stay active and the weight is slowly coming off but her breasts are still too large to do any jogging or high-impact exercises. Simpson is currently a spokesperson for the weight loss company Weight Watcher. She reportedly signed a $4 million contract with them back in December. Simpson has to lose 50lbs according to the deal she signed with the company.
