From her razor haircut, Miley Cyrus has been working to get rid of her “Hannah Montana” persona. Cyrus graced the cover of Cosmopolitan showcasing bosom-baring photo of the not-so-angelic actress.
Speaking on her image, Miley told the magazine that she doesn’t regret her mistakes. “Some of the worst things that have happened in my career, like things getting leaked, have actually been what’s best for me people knew when I was on the show that I was really growing up,” she said. “I never faked anything. I never played the Disney game of smiling and being a princess and then suddenly having a hard time, saying, ‘That inst who i really am'”
Miley is now focusing on her music career and has been spotted in the studio working with everyone from Pharrell to Tyler the Creator. Miley told Cosmo she had no qualms about her competition. “Katy Perry’s been my friend for f***ing five years, and I’m not ever gonna let our work get between that relationship. If Katy sticks to being Katy, and Ke$ha is Ke$ha, and Rihanna is Rihanna, and I’m me, there’s room for everybody.”
Miley told the women’s magazine that her relationship with fiance Liam Hemsworth is “number one” in her life. The singer/actress is planning a small wedding for their nuptials. “I feel the bigger the wedding, the more it becomes a target for people to ruin. So we just want it to be small, with the people who we’d take bullets for. I don’t won’t to be looking at these photos and see people that I wish hadn’t been there. C’mon, I can’t even get coffee without a million paparazzi following me, so I don’t know why anyone thinks I’m going to have this huge, extravagant wedding. That is so not who I am.
Miley’s Cosmopolitan cover hits stands on Tuesday, February 5.
