Smokey Jet Can’t Keep Chris Brown Down

How bad did Chris Brown want to make it to the Met Gala event in NY yesterday?  Bad enough to board a second private jet after  making an emergency landing in the first private jet that apparently had issues with smoke filling the cabin.  That’s right, the  first jet  (a Gulfstream 3) which took off from Burbank, CA and was headed to Teterboro, NJ  had to turn around and land back in Burbank airport just minutes after taking off.

The passengers on the plane were certainly scared due to the large amount of smoke that filled the plane, but the pilot kept cool, calm, and collected and landed the plane  safely.  No one was injured or suffered any harm due to the situation.  Most people would have been shaken by the emergency landing.  However, Brown boarded another jet within the hour in the hopes of making it to the Met Gala event.

Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to make it in time.  He did show up for an after-party, smiling and not showing any signs of trauma.
