Kim Kardashian and Kanye West ring in New Year in Las Vegas

Pregnancy isn’t slowing Kim Kardashian down. The reality television star and her rapper boyfriend Kanye West rang in the New Year in Las Vegas last night. In her first public appearance since the big announcement, Kim showed up to host the New Year’s bash at the 10AK Nightclub at the Mirage hotel and casino. Before the event Kim took to Twitter to say, “So happy to be surrounded with all my friends & some of my fam! Gonna be a fun night!”

Kim is 12 weeks into her first pregnancy and she told reporters that expecting is not as easy as it’s made out to be. She told Entertainment Tonight, “I wouldn’t say that it’s been easy. When people say that pregnancy is , like, fun and they love it, I would have to disagree. From this stage on, it does become easier and funner, but it’s adjusting….It’s not as easy as people think. It is a little painful.”
