Feud between Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj heats up

All’s fair in love and reality television. This week the hottest story in the entertainment world has been the huge blow up between diva Mariah Carey and hip hop artist Nicki Minaj. Much of Tuesday’s blowout between the two American Idol judges was captured on video and the published on celebrity gossip site TMZ’s website and now even Barabara Walters is getting in on the action. According to Walters, Mariah Carey told her that Minaj threatened to shoot her. On her talk show ‘The View’ Walters said that in a phone conversation with Mariah Carey that she was told “when Nicki walked off the set multiple people heard Nickio say, ‘If I had a gun I would shoot the …. bitch.” For now the show will go on despite the feud between the pair but its taking a toll on Carey who told Walters that she doesn’t feel “comfortable emotionally” and has had to hire extra security to deal with threat she perceives from her co-worker.
