Edward Furlong Arrested For Domestic Violence Dispute

Troubled star, Edward Furlong was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of attacking his girlfriend, reports TMZ. This is the third time the  actor has been accused of domestic violence in three months.

Furlong was jailed around 5:45 am Sunday morning iin Los Angeles, citing a “boyfriend/girlfriend disturbance”. He then was booked into Men’s Central Jail in Los Angeles with a $50,000 bail, said officials. The “Terminators 2” actor had an outstanding warrant of $30,000 for his arrest, stemming from one of his prior domestic violence incidents. Furlong is still in custody, and  will appear before a judge in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

In the past few years, Furlong has had several legal issues for drug and violence-related offenses. Most recently, the troubled actor was arrested in October for a domestic violence incident toward his girlfriend at Los Angeles International Airport, and again in November with assault charges on the same women.

Furlong’s ex-wife, Racheal Kneeland got a restraining order following her 2009 split from the American History X star, citing a series of incidents revealing the actor’s instability. In November, Kneeland alleged that her  6-year-old son with Furlong , Ethan, tested positive for cocaine. This spurred a judge’s decision to require all of Furlong’s visits with his son be supervised.
