Deadmau5 and Kat Von D get engaged via Twitter

On again off again celebrity couple Kat Von D and Deadmau5 got engaged over the weekend after the Canadian DJ proposed to Von D via Twitter.
“I can’t wait for Christmas so… Katherine Von Drachenberg, will you marry me?” Joel Thomas Zimmerman, aka Deadmau5, posted Saturday along with a picture of the engagement ring that he purchased featuring two small skulls and a note saying; “Changing the diamond to black diamond FYI. Sorry for the jpg…they’ll finish the actual ring soon I hope.”
Von D replied to her man on Twitter saying: “Mi corazon!!! Thank you all for the lovely congratulations! Please excuse me while I go squeeze the hell out of my fiance!!!
This will be the 2nd marriage for tattoo artist Kat Von D who was previously married to Oliver Peck. She also made headlines last year when she was briefly engaged to Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband Jesse James.
