Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller is on the straight and narrow. TMZ reports Mueller’s judge has terminated her probation over last year’s cocaine possession case several months early.
Mueller was charged with cocaine possession in February 2012 after being arrested at a Colorado ski lodge. Last May, she was sentenced to one year of probation, which banned her from drinking alcohol and required to submit random drug tests.
Brooke’s lawyer, Yale Galanter, met with prosecutor Arnie Mordkin in Aspen where Mordkin agreed to end Brooke’s supervised probation. The judge made it official on January 3 to end the probationary period for the actress because he felt that Brooke had obeyed all laws, and was conducting herself in a responsible manner. If Mueller stays out of trouble, the case will be erased from her record in May.
In December, Brooke voluntarily checked herself into rehab to seek treatment for an addiction to Adderall after she was found unconscious in her home. The actress checked out of the facility only six days later. Her lawyers insist that Mueller is working on rebuilding her life.
Brooke Mueller married actor, Charlie Sheen on may 30, 2008. The two share twin boys, Bob and Max Sheen. In 2009, the couple divorced after Sheen was arrested for assaulting Mueller in their Colorado ski lodge.
