The television show “Two and a Half Men” has made his rich and famous over the last nine years, but now young actor Angus T. Jones and his new found religious beliefs are telling fans to turn the channel and stop “filling your head with filth.”
Jones appeared this week on a YouTube video for the Forerunner Christian Church, and told fans that he was no longer comfortable with the risqué humor on one of the most popular shows on television.
“If you watch ‘Two and a Half Men,’ please stop watching ‘Two and a Half Men.’ I’m on ‘Two and a Half Men’ and I don’t want to be on it. “
“If I am doing any harm, I don’t want to be here. I don’t want to be contributing to the enemy’s plan…You cannot be a true God-fearing person and be on a television show like that.”
No word yet as to the effect Jones’ religious leanings will have on the future of the show.
