Lately, the rapper The Game has been in the news more for his philanthropy than rap beef or music. The LA emcee has donated thousands of dollars to help those in needs and recently teamed up with Drake to help a grieving mother bury her five children and boyfriend who died in a fire at their Ohio home.
Drake and The Game will cover funeral for the six lives lost in an Ohio fire. Anna Angel tragically lost her five kids and boyfriend who were trapped in their home went it caught on fire. The Game and Drake have no ties to the family, but decided to give help the best way they can. “I can deal with a lot of things but people losing their children is something that kills me every time,” tweeted the rapper. He was on the phone with Drake at the time of the news and they both agreed to donate $10,000 to help Anna cover the burial costs. “What [The Game] is doing will never be forgotten. Honored to be able to help alongside my brother,” posted Drake.
The producer’s of Game’s reality show, Marrying the Game, have also given $2,500 to help the cause as well. Snoop Lion also reportedly pitched in. The Game recently donated several thousands of dollars to help another family bury their six year old girl who was shot and killed in front of her home.
