Lynn and Rick Bynes are seeking a temporary conservatorship to be set up that would give them control over their daughter’s affairs. Recently, the trouble actor was detained and hospitalized on Monday after allegedly setting a fire in the driveway of a home near her parents. One witness described Bynes’ state as “frantic and discombobulated.”

If a judge grants this request, Bynes’ parents will have legal charge over her finances, medical, and personal affairs for as long as the court sees fit. They need to show evidence that their daughter is unwell and not able to care for herself or affairs.

This arrangement is similar to what Britney Spears’ father did for her in 2007. The singer had many public outburst including the infamous shaving of her head and banging on ex-husband, Kevin Federline’s vehicle with an umbrella. Now, Spears is preparing for anew album and recently had a stint as a judge on The X Factor. We hope the same works out for Amanda Bynes.

Bynes has made news by her strange behavior on Twitter and in public. The latest takes the cake and could be exactly what her parents needed to get her help.

Waka Flocka Flame runs Brick Squad Monopoly, his own record label, and tells TMZ he will produce Bynes’ rap album. He says the deal hasn’t been sign yet, but that Amanda Bynes is definitely in! He’s already hired some people to start working on songs for the troubled actress.

Flame says the album will be entitled “Shots” and he says it’s going to be “crazy hot”. There’s no release date as of yet, but Flocka is all about it’s success. He says he’ll be on a few tracks on the album as well.

Waka told TMZ that he stays in contact with Bynes and FaceTime and texts her all the time. They not only talk about her upcoming album, but he often motivates her by telling the actress to keep “her head up from them haters”.

Bynes has definitely racked up a few haters during her Twitter rants. The actress has attacked everyone from Drake, to Miley Cyrus, to her own father, calling them all ugly. What’s more bizarre are her apologies immediately after, having many people thinking she’s going crazy.

Good luck with her music career. I can only imagine how she would be in the studio.

In more bizzar-o news about Amanda Bynes, the former teen starlet has a new Twitter victim. Lately, everyone has been stalking the actress’s Twitter to see what she would say next, and this time it was to attack ex-Nysncer, Lance Bass.

Lance Bass spoke to a  Las Vegas’ radio show called “Mark & Mercedes” on 94.1 about the recent behavior of his one time friend. He seemed to be concerned about Bynes’ behavior, like many others. “It’s one of those situations where obviously there’s some mental problems there and she’s not able to see it,” said Bass. “We all are [able to see it].”

Bass continued, “I’m actually really scared for her, and I hope someone is able to get to her to give her the help she needs.” He’s not the only one to show some concern for the troubled actress. Other celebrities and friends of the What I Like About You star have tried to reach out including former co-star Drake Bell and Courtney Love.

In response to the radio interview, Bynes went to Twitter to attack Lance Bass. “I ignored Lance Bass on Twitter and now he is saying I have a mental illness. Sorry you’re an ugly ex boy band member w/ no talent or career.” Bass then responded, “Ouch- the Amanda Bynes I know would have never said something like this to me- either this is a fake person or she really does have a mental illness. Way too sad. I reached out- all i can do”.

Bynes didn’t stop there. She continued by tweeting, “I haven’t spoken to Lance Bass in 11 years. To say I have a mental illness out of nowhere makes me lash out! You’re making me crazy!” Bass assured that he saw the starlet recently at his birthday party three years ago .

Bynes became friends with Bass after working on the movie Love Wrecked in which he produced and she starred in the lead role.

Amanda Bynes has been busy over the Memorial Day Weekend. After returning home from being put in jail, the actress took to Twitter to attack Rihanna, and send updates about her plans post arrest.

Bynes was arrested at her home in New York on May 23 when police claimed she tried to destroy evidence of her marijuana use by throwing a bong out of her window in her Manhattan apartment. Bynes denies the claims and states that she only smokes tobacco although several statements from her neighbors and apartment complex say otherwise. Bynes states via Twitter that she plans on suing the NYPD for sexual assault.

The troubled actress tweeted, “For once and for all, this is the last thing I’ll say about the mistaken arrest. I’m suing NYPD for illegally entering my apartment, lying about drugs on me and lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia, then I’m suing for being put into a mental hospital against my will, then locked up overnight for coming home after a facial and working out with my trainer like the good girl that I am.”

She added, “I’m also suing my apartment complex for lying about me smoking in my building. I’m free forever! You can’t lock up an innocent person! Thanks for caring! Look forward to seeing me in music videos! I’m getting in shape and getting a nose job! I’m looking forward to a long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper!”

The bizarre behavior from Amanda Bynes is yet to be explained, but she keeps her fans updated on via her Twitter.

After the foot-long bubbler was thrown, authorities checked to see if it hit anyone down below; fortunately no one was hit or harmed. She then allegedly claimed that it was a vase and then denied throwing anything out the window at all.

Andrew Friedman, her attorney said that cops entered into her apartment for no reason. “Nothing was recovered from the sidewalk. Clearly a search was made for the bong,” Friedman said. “My client completely denies ever illegally throwing anything out of her window.” The troubled star also called 911 before they arrested her, alleging that the police had assaulted her. Her attorney said on Friday that she would be filing a formal complaint with the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau alleging mistreatment.

Judge Neil Ross of the Criminal Court told her, “I do want to make sure you understand if you get arrested again and you appear before me, I’m going to be setting very, very significant bail,” Ross said. “Is that understood?” She was charged with attempted tampering with physical evidence, reckless endangerment in the second degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana. She was arraigned in court and released without bail.

She had also been taken to Roosevelt Hospital at some point in this whole ordeal by officers to have a psychiatric evaluation done.

“Pray for her,” said Stephen, 28, a Biltmore resident. “She needs help. She’s crying out.”

Another neighbor, who declined to give her name, said she saw Bynes going ballistic in the lobby several weeks ago. “She was yelling at the doorman when she went up,” the neighbor said. “I don’t know what it was about.”

Actress Amanda Bynes is livid over the photos In Touch Weekly magazine chose to run in their latest issue. Once the publication was released, Bynes exploded on her personal Twitter account and revealed that she’s planning on suing the magazine for what they’ve done, claiming that they used alerted photos of her.

“That’s not my bed! Those aren’t my toes! My toes are pedicured! I just did an exclusive interview with In Touch last week, now they bought fake altered photos by that ugly black man in the photo or someone who knows him! They used an old shot of me on the cover with a bad angle of my old nose before I had surgery to reshape my profile and to remove the webbing from my eyes,” Bynes, 27, writes in a tweet well over the allotted characters. “I have to sue because that’s not my apartment, those aren’t my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone’s body to ruin my life! I have to make a big deal of this and sue because that’s not me! I care about my appearance so I have to defend myself! I look like a different person now that I had surgery! Why did they put an old shot of me on the cover? I don’t look like that anymore!”

Bynes didn’t stop there and kept hurling insults at the magazine and it’s staff for much of the night. The young starlet has been posting provocative photos all over her twitter for a little while one, no doubt showing off her new look.

Lately Amanda Bynes has been doing some bizarre things on  Twitter. From her tweets about Drake to posting topless photos on the social network site, everyone has been wondering what in the world is going on with the former teen star.

Late Wednesday night, Jenny McCarthy tweeted that police were at the New York home of the “What I Like About You” star. “Police are at @AmandaBynes house. I hope they get her help. Enough of this circus. She needs help,” tweeted McCarthy, later adding she heard the news from a publicist. She followed up by posting a screen grab of Jonathan Jaxson’s tweets. Jaxson is reportedly the former publicist of Amanda Bynes.

Bynes responded to the tweets early Thursday morning. She tweeted, “@JennyMcCarthy you’re ugly! Police weren’t at my house old lady! Shut the F#*k up!” She later tweeted, “@jennymccarthy I need help? What are u talking about? Aren’t u 50 years old? I’m 27, u look 80 compared to me! Why are you talking about me?”

Jenny McCarthy tweeted back, “@AmandaBynes sorry girl. Looking out for ya.” Bynes then tweeted back. “@JennyMcCarthy thanks! I’m sorry I offended you! You’re beautiful! I was lying! I’ll delete our tweets!”

Bynes’ former publicist Jonathon Jaxson admitted to deleting a few of his tweets, but one remains where he mentioned the NY police to send help to Bynes who he claimed was on drugs. The NY Police have yet to confirmed if they were in the home of Amanda Bynes.

If you think Amanda Bynes has lost her damn mind, you’re not alone. It’s scary watching her behavior get crazier and crazier.

But in a rare interview in the new issue of In Touch, the 27-year-old actress insists she’s fine and blasts anyone who suggests otherwise.

“I have no clue [why people say I’m insane]. Every time I’ve heard it, it came from an ugly person’s mouth, so I don’t care,” the actress — who rocks cheek piercings and a tangle of blond hair extensions– exclusively tells In Touch, on newsstands now. “The only ones lying about me having a mental illness are people I don’t talk to.”

The inspiration for her reinvented new look? “I wanted to look like [exotic dancer] BlacChyna,” Amanda explains of her cheek piercings.

Amanda, who often stays up all night and tweets around the clock, says she has the support of unnamed friends. “I only have hot friends,” she says. “They have my back until I die.”

She also knocks down any speculation of issues with addiction: “I don’t drink. I’m allergic to alcohol,” Amanda tells In Touch. And though photos surfaced of Amanda with what looked to be a joint, the star insists otherwise. ”I don’t smoke pot. I smoke tobacco.”

In recent months, Amanda’s frequent trips to the gym have sparked headlines about her bizarre behavior, from stripping down to her bra in spin class to reportedly smoking in the locker room. But Amanda says she’s focused on getting in shape. “I’m getting in shape for all the photo shoots.” Amanda tells In Touch. I like being 100 pounds… 21 to go!”

While she “retired” from acting at the age of 24, Amanda tells the mag she’s financially set. “I’ll design clothes and sing because I want to, not because I need the money. I love singing and I can’t wait to start working on an album.”

The erratic former child star, Amanda Bynes, posted a lengthy rant on Twitter, aiming her rage at Complex magazine and at her ex-beau, former G.O.O.D. Music rapper Kid Cudi. Most of it didn’t make much sense.

“@ComplexMag Stop acting like I’m doing something wrong. I’m obsessed with myself on twitter. Also, my video last night was perfection. I’m so sick of the articles u write about me. I want every fake article deleted,” she ranted.

“Ur d**k whipped by my ugly ex @ducidni who’s looks and talent have always been questionable to me, him being the ugly duckling that he is and all. U quote him non stop, then take professional shots of him for ur covers, his best photos aren’t sh*t compared to mine at my best.”

“The photo u chose of Aubrey for her cover is awful. You make people look bad, stop acting like you know anything about what men like,” she added.

“I don’t stop getting follwed or hit on every place I go. I’m not trying to sing, but if I did (I got offered an Interscope record deal right after I filmed Hairspray which you might know if you sat down and did a normal interview. I still might take them up on their offer) get the facts as opposed to talking sh*t. My music is going to be sicker then whatever the f**k kind of music Scott tries to do. Stop writing articles without speaking to me first.”

What’s really going on with Amanda? This is not the sweet girl I grew up with watching on Nick.

Amanda Bynes is hitting the  road. The actress moved out of her New York City apartment after threats of eviction.

According to TMZ, Bynes was a nuisance to the apartment complex. Her landlord called her a disrespectful rule breaker. Sources tell TMZ that the actress received a letter from the landlord saying that her lease would be terminated because of the raucous she causes in the complex. TMZ reports that the landlord’s decision was based on several complaints from residents that Bynes was smoking marijuana in her apartment. “Morning, noon, and night”, said the source. Amanda Bynes resides in a non-smoking apartment, but sources say she was also seen smoking weed in the hallways.

Amanda decided to move out of the apartment complex before they had a chance to evict her. The What I Like About You Actress was spotted with moving trucks in front of her apartment complex. There is no details on where the actress decides to move to next.

Amanda Bynes, who is best known for movies such as Easy A, What A Girl Wants, and Hairspray, was arrested on suspicion of a DUI and was accused of a hit and run last year.  The trouble actress had a rough 2012 with a slew of legal problems.
