Natalie Portman Weds French Choreographer

Saturday night, in Big Sur, California, Natalie Portman wed her fiancee of two years dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millepied. The two had an intimate event choosing a Jewish ceremony in a private home surrounded by family and friends. The two met in 2009 on the set of the movie Black Swan where Millepied was working as a choreographer and the two began dating while the film was in production. By the end of the following year the two had announced their engagement as well as the fact that Portman, aged 31, was expecting her fist child a few months later Portman gave birth to their son Aleph now 14 months old. As to the future of the newlyweds? Portman has mentioned that she may seek French citizenship. “I now have the possibility of taking on French nationality. It would accomplish the Francophile dreams of my father and myself” she told Madame Figaro magazine.
