Lindsay Lohan hospitalized after a night of partying in NYC

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan made headlines again this week after a weekend of partying in New York City ended with a trip to the hospital for asthma-related issues. Apparently the star had been partying in Central Park for the Size Matters show hosted by DJ/producer Steve Angello. Lohan had been hanging out in the VIP room with a few New York Rangers players. When the group attempted to leave around 10 pm a sudden rain storm soaked the party. The actress thought that her respiratory problems were caused by a case of pneumonia, telling the post “I have been really sick with pneumonia but I have been working. I have been shooting ‘Scary Movie’ with Charlie Sheen. He was really great to work with and gave me some good advice about surviving in this business.”  Lohan has suffered from Asthma since childhood and when her symptoms wouldn’t let up mom Dina insisted that she seek medical attention. Lohan has been released from the hospital and is re-cooperating at her mother’s home.
