Photographer Chris Guerra Claims Justin Bieber Was Smoking Weed

Photographer Chris Guerra, who was fatality hit by a car while taking pictures of Justin Bieber’s white 458 Italia, had called a friend shortly before he died claiming he saw the young pop star smoking weed while driving. TMZ spoke to the man Guerra called, who told them Chris called him at around 5:16 pm that Tuesday saying “Man, you won’t believe my luck. It’s pretty dead in L.A. Everybody thinks Justin and Selena are in Mexico, but they’re not.”

Guerra’s job was to exclusively snap pictures of Bieber, and he spotted Justin’s Ferrari at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills where Selena Gomez’s car was parked as well. Guerra went on to tell his friend that he saw Bieber smoking what he believed was weed from a pipe while driving his car. Chris told him that he was going to continue tailing Bieber’s car because he felt like was about to capture a big story.

20 minutes later Guerra rushed his friend off the phone once he saw the white Ferrari leaving the parking lot because he needed to follow it, not knowing that it was YMCMB rapper Lil’Twist driving and not Bieber. Justin Bieber released a statement through his rep saying, “It’s really sad that people are trying to push a story without the facts so soon after this tragic accident. Justin was not present or involved in this incident and the focus should remain on honoring the memory of the victim.” He did not speak on, or even acknowledge, the allegation of him smoking weed.
