Anything for..Jennifer Lopez. A man was arrested for camping out in the singer’s pool house in the Hamptons for an entire week. Workers were called to the home of the entertainer due to activity from a suspicious male seen on the property.
John M. Dubis was found taking up residency in the pool house of Jennifer Lopez and she had no earthly idea. It wasn’t until August 8 that an employee of the singer found him standing on the porch and confronted him. The stalker tried to claim he was the divorce husband of Lopez. The 49 year old, originally from Rhode Island, has been charged with two felonies including burglary and criminal contempt as well as two misdemeanors for stalking and possession of burglary tools. He has pleaded not guilty in Southhampton Town Court. After posting a $100,000 bail, Dubis was remanded into custody and taken to the Suffolk County Jail.
Lopez, however, was not home during the time of the invasion, but has an order of protection against the intruder. Not only did he overcome his welcome, Dubis took time to post photos of J. Lo’s property on the web. “Some more david and jenny art, Newport, RI,” he wrote along with the photos while going by the persona David A. Lopez.
We’re just glad she’s safe.
