Jamie Lynn Spears Engaged!

Britney Spears’s younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears took to her Twitter account to reveal to fans that she’s engaged to boyfriend Jaime Watson. The 21-year-old actress took to her Instagram account and posted a picture of her and boyfriend Watson, 30, all hugged up while holding up her ring finger up with the caption: “Guesssss what??????”

As if that wasn’t enough, she followed it up with a closeup picture of the ring with the hashtag “he did good.”

This will be the first marriage, but not the first engagement, for Jamie Lynn. She was previously engaged to Casey Aldridge, who is the father of her 4-year-old daughter Maddie. Jamie Lynn and Aldridge broke up in 2010. She’s faced criticism for dating such an older man but remained steadfast in the relationship. Congrats to the new happy couple.
