Its a boy, for singer Adele and Simon Konecki

Song bird Adele gave birth to her first child Friday and she and boyfriend Simon Konecki could not be happier. It seems like just a few months ago Adele announced to the world via her blog that a baby was on the way; “I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we are over the moon…” Well the wait is over the Grammy-winning singer according to People magazine who first reported the birth but the celebrity couple has so far been mum about any details on the birth and the baby. Adele and Konecki are not married and have yet to say whether they plan to wed in the future. The two met when Adele volunteered with Konecki’s charity Drop4Drop which brings clean water to developing countries. Konecki is the co-founder of the company Life Water that runs the charity. While Adele may take some time off  to play mom before heading back into the studio she did release a new track for the upcoming James Bond movie ‘Skyfall.’
