Actress Elizabeth Banks is known for her skills in front on the camera, but now she’s going to be known as something else; a mother of two. Elizabeth Banks and her husband Max Handelman welcomed their second child Magnus Mitchell Handelman, born via gestational surrogate.
Elizabeth Banks announced the news of her second child on her website Wednesday, and said the baby is going fine and is now home. Magnus Mitchell Handelman has an older brother named Felix, who is 20 months old, and also born with the help of a surrogate. Elizabeth Banks and her husband had been experiencing issues with infertility, so these kids come as a blessing for them.
Elizabeth Banks had a leading role in the recently released comedy movie What To Expect When You’re Expecting and previously acted in The Hunger Games movie. Elizabeth Banks had this to say about the new arrival into her family: “I now turn my attention to managing two boys under 2. For which I am thankful. And all their poop. For which I am less thankful.”
