Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul and fiancee Lauren Parsekian made it official over the Memorial Day weekend.
The couple became engaged last January in Paris. The pair met at the Coachella Music Festival, where there love affair first began. The Emmy winner married Parsekian, 25 year old director/producer in Malibu on Sunday, May 26 at the Cottage Pavillion at Calamigos Ranch, reports People.
A few days before tying the knot, Paul posted a photo with the caption “And so it begins #mrmrspaul” on his Twitter. He also posted a picture of the married couple from his wedding reception to his Instagram account, with the caption, “A day will never go by without me reminding you how special you are. Thanks for last night my pretty little bird.” Paul’s Breaking Bad co-star, Bryan Cranston was one of his groomsman during the wedding ceremony reports Us Magazine. The couple had a carnival-themed wedding where attendees were dressed in 1920’s clothing. Dita Von Teese were among the celebrity guests.
Parsekian is co-founder of the Kind Campaign, a projects that aims to end girl-against-girl bullying. Along with Molly Thompson, she founded the organization in 2009 while they were students at Pepperdine University.
Aaron Paul is known for his role in Breaking Bad, a hit series that kicked off in 2008. The show has seen much success with Paul picking up two Primetime Emmy Awards.
The second half of season five will start airing on US on August 11.
