After an election, one sometimes wonder what happens to the losing candidate and their family? Well, Ann Romney is getting asked to be on celebrity game shows. The former First lady candidate has turned down an offer to compete on Dancing with the Stars. The show is known for it’s wide range of celebrity contestants.
The Dancing With the Stars producers reached out to Mrs. Romney about being on the show, shortly the lost of the election at this point very interested. Ann Romney made a short appearance on the show last season’s finale with her son Craig. where she gushed that she was a big, big fan. Ann and the producers had several meetings, according to reports by TMZ, but Ann ultimately declined against it.
A source from Romney tells TMZ: “Ann Romney was approached, but she declined. She will not be appearing on ‘Dancing with the Stars.'” Ann Romney would have joined the ranks of former running vice president’s daughter Bristol Palin who was apart of the cast in 2012. Bristol Palin also landed her own Lifetime show called Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp.
Dancing with the Stars will be announcing the list from the upcoming season later this month.
