Seems like things are going from bad to worse for Edward Furlong. The 35-year-old Furlong was charged yesterday with felony assault and plenty of other charges, including his most recent arrest for violating his girlfriend’s restraining order against him. The troubled actor has plead not guilty to the felony charges of dissuading a witness by force or threat, assault by means to likely produce great bodily injury and vandalism over $400, as well as to a misdemeanor count of disobeying a domestic restraining order.
According to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office, Furlong also has two pending misdemeanor battery cases open against him when he showed up May 21 at his ex’s house, where, authorities say, he assaulted his then girlfriend and told her not to call the cops or it would get a lot worse for her. They also say he broken photo equipment and a laptop while he was there. Furlong is facing up to four years in state prison if he’s convicted on all charges.
