Selena Gomez Tells Radio Station She Is Completely “Available”

After Justin Bieber posted and deleted a photo of what looked like a rekindled romance between Selena Gomez on Instagram, rumors have been going around that the couple were back together. Selena set the record straight in an interview with a Boston radio station.

Selena chatted it up with Kiss 108 on Friday, May 10, where she told the station that she was in fact single.  “So, sometimes you may see a boy walking down the street and he says, ‘Let’s grab and ice cream.” You’re available?” asked the interviewer. Gomez replied, “Yep.” To make sure, the DJ asked the question again, “You’re completely available in every way? Gomez responded again with a “Yep”.

Selena added that her main focus is her career. “I’m shifting everything back to music now. We’re getting the second single geared up and it’s actually one of my favorite songs off the album.” Selena has been hard at work this year. She starred in the raunchy spring break flick “Springbreakers” alongside former Disney actress, Vanessa Hudgens. Gomez also recently released a new single entitled “Come and Get It”, as well as visuals to the poppy track.

The relationship reveal comes just few days after the singer/actress’s interview with InStyle magazine where she talked about Justin Bieber. “It’s uncomfortable that everywhere I go, people know. I didn’t like that. But Justin and I never really focused on the attention,” she told the magazine. When asked if she would  date another celebrity, she replied, “You can’t help who you date. So I wouldn’t swear off that or say that’s what I want again. I don’t know. I’m a kid, and a breakup is normal.”
