Trinidad James Explains His Single “Females Welcomed”

Trinidad James has some words of advice for women out there. The Atlanta rap phenomenon who has become hip-hop’s newest sensation on the strength of the most inescapable single of the winter of 2013 has a new single for fans. On his new track “Females Welcome,” James makes it clear that his side girl is now his main girl because his old main girl isn’t interested anymore. The subject matter of the song details having relationships with more than one woman.

And James told VIBE that every woman has to accept that guys usually have a few cards in the deck.

“Every dude has a side chick,” Trinidad told VIBE. He even added a statistic, “Like 9 out 10.”

While some are offended by the lyrics and subject matter of “Females Welcomed,” it is a reality that has been around for some time. This is not exclusive to men, either, as there are several women who juggle multiple relationships. But, Trinidad James became the first rapper to bluntly put the topic out there.

VIBE TV recently talked to Trinidad James and he spoke on the overall situation that goes along with his song. The Atlanta rapper explained that he feels nine out of every ten men have a side chick.
