The Duchess of Cambridge has been out of the limelight for quite some time due to being pregnant, but she isn’t letting the royalty growing inside her belly stop her from handling her duties as a member of the Royal Court.
An announcement was made by St. James’s Palace on Tuesday that said Kate Middleton, who holds the official title of Duchess of Cambridge, will pay a visit to the Hope House in London on Feb.19th. Middleton is the spokeswoman for one of Hope House’s programs, Action on Addiction, which offers women recovering from substance abuse a safe place to sleep, and help for any other compulsive disorder they might suffer from.
This upcoming visit is only Middleton’s second official public appearance since becoming pregnant with Prince William’s first child, and an eventual heir to the British throne. On Jan. 11, she and her husband attended a private viewing of the duchess’s first official portrait at London’s National Portrait Gallery.
