Kelly Osbourne Secretly Engaged to Matthew Mosshart

Kelly Osbourne is happily, yet secretly engaged. Us Weekly reports that The Fashion Police star reportedly got engaged to vegan baker Matthew Mosshart a few weeks before Christmas.

“Kelly is the happiest she’s ever been. Her career is going well, and she’s in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy. Matthew is a stand-up guy. They’re excited,” said a source close to Kelly to Us Weekly.

The couple have been dating for about a year after meeting at Kate Moss’s wedding in July of 2011. “I’m in love and I don’t care who knows about it!” Kelly tweeted in June, gushing over beau.

The news comes shortly after the marriage of Kelly’s younger brother, Jack. He recently married Lisa Shelly in October of last year.

Kelly was recently engaged to model Luke Worrall, but seems to be head over hills for Mosshart. “I couldn’t believe that he truly liked me, because I never think people ever could. But I’m so happy. I don’t think I’ve ever really known what love is like before,” said Kelly to British magazine, Fabulous in October.

According to a friend of the pair,  the couple plans to tie the knot at nuptials sometime for the summer of 2013 in the UK, although Kelly has yet to speak on the engagement.
