Classic rock legends Fleetwood Mac make it clear that they have no plans to retire as they prepare to set out on the first leg of their 2013 tour. As the dates for the first 34 stops on their tour were confirmed, Stevie Nicks told Reuters that she plans to tour “until we drop dead.”
“It’s never going to be the final tour until we drop dead,” she said. “There’s no reason for this to end as long as everyone is in good shape and takes care of themselves.”
The tour is set to kick off in Columbus, Ohio on April 4th and will finish up in Detroit in June. The lineup will include Nicks, who just completed a 2 year solo tour to promote her album ‘In Your Dreams,’ drummer Mick Fleetwood, John McVie on Bass and Lindsey Buckingham on guitar. This will be the first tour for the group in over 3 years.
