Third accuser steps forward against Kevin Clash

It looks like the trials  for Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash have only just begun as a third victim has come forward to accuse him of engaging in sex with a minor. The latest accusations come from a 29 year-old male, who wishes to remain anonymous for the time being and is being referred to as John Doe, who claims that he engaged in “some sexual activity” with Clash back in 2000 when he was only 16.

Like the other two victims, Doe claims that he met Clash initially on a gay chat line, were Clash presented himself as a 30 year-old named Graig. They later met at Clash’s apartment where Doe came to believe that Clash was older than he had said and when the two met again in 2003 and he saw some of Clash’s Elmo memorabilia he suspected who the man really was. John Doe is being represented by Jeff Herman, the same lawyer who is representing victim number 2, Cecil Singleton.
