Male Models Coming to The Price is Right

The Price is Right is one of the most popular game shows in America, as popular for its “Barker’s Beauties” as it is for its games and prizes but the show is getting a makeover and its asking for male models to come down and try out for a spot on the show. CBS announced yesterday that it is launching a contest to find its first ever male model and they will be running the competition as part of a five-part web series on the official website for The Price is Right. The winner of the modeling competition will be featured on the show hosted by Drew Carey for one week. The casting call will take place on August 30th in Los Angeles and will be judged by the shows female models and producers for the show. According to the announcement contestants will be judged on “qualities such as their verbal skills, posing and ability to properly showcase a product.”
