Robert Pattinson Continues Tour after Cheating Scandal

Robert Pattinson has been in hiding since news of his girlfriend Kristen Stewart’s affair with director Rupert Sanders broke but he will soon return to the public eye to keep his scheduled promotional appearances for the new film Cosmopolis. A rep for the Twilight star announced today that “Cosmopolis is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting…no confirmed engagements have been canceled. Any reports to the contrary are inaccurate.”

Pattinson has yet to publicly address the scandal involving Stewart and her Snow White and the Huntsman director. He has reportedly moved out of the couples Los Feliz home and has taken temporary shelter at friend Reese Witherspoon’s vacation home in Ojai. Pattinson is scheduled to appear at the New York premiere on August 13th and will be speaking to reporters on the 14th as well as appearing on The New York Times’ Times Talk series.
