A tragedy has been averted as police arrested a 20 year old from Bolivar, MO who allegedly planned to shoot theater goers at a ‘Breaking Dawn: Part 2’ showing. Blaec Lammers has been charged with felony assault, making a terrorist threat and armed criminal action after his mother called police for fear of another incident like the “Dark Knight” theater massacre back in July.

According to a detective involved with the investigation “Blaec Lammers stated that he had purchased tickets to go see the ‘Twilight’ movie…and he was going to shoot people at the movie theatre on that night.”

The detective went on to say that he believed, at the last minute, that Lammers decided to start shooting at a local Walmart instead for fear of running out of ammunition.

When police found Lammers he was in possession of two guns and 400 rounds of ammunition. He is being held at Polk County Jail.

A would be burglar is charged with breaking into LL Cool J’s home Wednesday morning and is
facing a very long prison sentence if he is convicted due to his prior convictions. Jonathan Kirby, 56, suffered a broken nose, jaw and ribs after breaking into the rappers sherman oaks home according to Los Angeles County District Attorney spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons. Kirby is charged with first degree burglary and this is a third strike for him, which means he could face up to 38 years in prison if convicted. His bail has been set at $1.1 million. Kirby’s previous convictions include voluntary manslaughter in Dallas, Texas, in 1988 as well as auto theft and petty theft. Arraignment is not set yet as the suspect is still in the hospital after the altercation and is being treated for his injuries. The rappers family was sleeping when their home alarm went off at 1:00 am. He was detained by Cool J until the police arrived shortly after.
