It’s been a tough year for former child star Amanda Bynes, the actress has run afoul of the law numerous times in recent months and has been gaining a reputation for erratic and troubled behavior. The latest story surrounding Bynes was released in In Touch magazine this week where it was reported that the actress was caught walking around a NYC tanning salon wearing nothing but a pair of goggles, apparently oblivious to the stares of onlookers. According to an eyewitness Bynes “didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked,” the witness also pointed out that Bynes looked “painfully thin” and “seemed totally out of it.” The staff at the salon were more reserved in their opinion on the incident saying that Bynes had always been “polite” to them.

Bynes however is not taking the story lying down, reaching out to Us Weekly to say that the story is false and that she plans on suing the celebrity tabloid. “I’m suing In Touch for printing a fake story. I’m not ‘troubled.’ I don’t get naked in public. I’m 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.”

This is only the latest story to surface in regards to Byne’s bizarre behavior. Back in September, Bynes locked herself in the dressing room of a West Hollywood shop and refused to come out for almost two hours. Over the summer the actress caused a commotion in a spinning class when she took off her shirt and began applying makeup.  She was also pulled over for two cases of hit and run and once for driving erratically and allegedly smoking pot in her car on a suspended license. It seems that the troubled young actresses luck will eventually have to run out if she keeps up this behavior. She has already been dropped by her agent, lawyer and publicist.

Former wrestler and reality television star Hulk Hogan filed a lawsuit in county court yesterday against his friend, radio talk show host Bubba the Love Sponge, and his ex-wife Heather Clem. According to the law suit, Hogan believes that Bubba and Heather filmed him having sex with Heather at their home without his knowledge 6 years ago. The suit claims that the release of the tape “which is perceived unfavorably by the public” has diminished Hogan’s perceived value. Hogan is also suing Gawker Media for releasing parts of the tape on their celebrity gossip website gawker.com. The suit is asking for $100 million from Gawker Media and the removal of the footage from their website. They are also seeking to have the video and all copies handed over so that they can be destroyed. Bubba and Hogan have been close friends for years, Hogan was best man at Bubba’s wedding, and it is unclear why the tape was released in the first place. Lawyers for Bubba claim that he had nothing to do with the film’s release and would like to find the person responsible.
