“I definitely don’t have time to deal with a wedding right now,” admitted Miley to the fashion magazine. “But I will at some point.” The singer doesn’t go into much detail about her relationship with the Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth. There have been many reports that the pair have split, but were recently spotted on the red carpet for the premiere of Paranoia.

Cyrus tells the magazine that her focus is on “trying to take over the world”. It can be argued that she’s done just that. With getting the word “twerk” added to the dictionary to making records with her YouTube views, there seems to be nothing to stop the young star. During her interview with Harper’s Bazaar she gives advice to young Hollywood. “I’m not saying you need to take a break because you’re crazy,” she says. “I’m saying you need to take a break so yo can be crazy, and people aren’t going to judge you. You’re going to do dumb stuff from here on out. But do it in your own time. Do it safely. You can afford to protect yourself and still have fun.”

Miley Cyrus says she’s used to this industry growing up with Billy Ray Cyrus as her father. “My parents always had money, and I’ve always been around this industry, so I didn’t have my mind blown or become obsessed with being famous.”

The couple became engaged in June of 2012, but have yet to set a date. Miley states the she isn’t doing any wedding planning until the release of her LP. She has been spotted working on the project in the studio with producers Mike Will Made It and Pharrell. Recently photos surfaced of the singer working with Nicki Minaj!

During the interview, Miley Cyrus also spoke about her career and her message to the haters. “Haters keep me mad motivated. People that are, I guess, jealous, that kind of just hate on me, make me want to do even better.” The formal Disney star has been receiving a lot of criticism and praise for her new style. She even got a shout out on a track from Jay Z’s Magna Carta Holy Grail.

“Once I left my show I didn’t want anyone around that was going to tell me the way that I was going to do things. I wanted to go make mistakes, go be who I was going to be.”  Miley is now focused on her music career. “I want to win a Grammy.”

“We set out to make something we would love and we did!” said Martel in an email to MTV News. “I don’t see this video as shocking, it’s creative!” The video had many scenes of finger cutting, french fry skulls, furry teddy bear backpacks, and infamous Miley twerking. Martel explains that each scene was carefully selected by her creative team and came from blogs and pop artists to pay homage to the creativity Cyrus is intertwining in her new music.

Miley also played a huge role in deciding the scenes added in the vid. “We spoke a lot and sent photos back and forth; we spoke about her love of her close friends,” wrote Martel. “She is not a career-crazed kid. Her music is intensely important to her but so is her social life; [so] we spoke about the joy of tight friendships. To me, she is showing us, the audience, her playful, beautiful self, very freely. [It’s] a music video version of what it must be like to bug out and act crazy with her real life.”

Martel, who has worked with Beyonce and Nicki Minaj calls Cyrus her hero. “She is very much alive in a way I find very beautiful. She is living in the moment and this is inspiring.

Despite the long going rumors, Miley Cyrus says she’s still engaged! After her recent “twerking” incident on-stage with Juicy J and the many rumors starting up of a possible romance between the singer/actress with Justin Bieber, many are questioning if it’s true.

Cyrus called into The Kane Show to discuss her engagement rumors and the recent Twitter shot from Amanda Bynes. When asked about a possible relationship with Justin Bieber after photos emerged of the two hanging out at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles, she stated that they were just rumors. “I’m engaged,” she laughed. “I’m engaged. That is impossible.”

She also spoke on Amanda Bynes calling her “ugly” on Twitter, which she took back quickly. “I think it’s all so sad, that I don’t want to add any fuel to the fire because it’s really so sad to me,” she said of the recent bizarre behavior of Bynes. “You know, I was rooting for a comeback until you [Bynes] started attacking me… the moment you’re a trending topic, it’s funny how so many people want your name to come out of their mouth so they can associate, and somehow they can be a trending topic?”

Miley Cyrus has been in the news lately from a range of things from her music, to twerking, to rumors that her engagement has been called off, but now the attention has moved towards her parents. Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus are heading for divorce for a second time after Tish filed divorce papers on Thursday, citing irreconcilable difference.

Three years ago, Billy Ray filed to end his marriage to Tish, but ended up dropping the request after a change of heart in only six months. At that time, the family released the following statement: “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family..We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

The couple has been married for 19 years and have three children together, as well as two from Tish’s first marriage. Miley, 20, Braison, 10, Noah, 13, Brandi, 26, and Trace, 24. Billy Ray adopted the latter two when they were really young.

Tish has requested custody of daughter, Noah, who’s still a minor. Tish is also seeking spousal support and attorney’s fees. “This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family,” she told TMZ. “We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”

The song called, “We Can’t Stop,” is about partying and shaking it like a stripper. The young 20 year-old, former Disney star said this about the new song and the new album, “My record is like a movie. It’s a story of what I’ve been going through the past two years.” This new single is produced by Mike WiLL Made-It and co-written by Miley Cyrus herself, Mike WiLL, and Rock City and marks her 4th studio album following the 2010, “Can’t Be Tamed” album.

Ever since the Cambio blue carpet event at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, Cyrus fans have awaited and anticipated the drop of this song, because  that was where she announced that “We Can’t Stop” was coming.

“I’m really happy with my record because I feel like I have so many options for singles,” she also said about this new record that will be released later this year. It’s been awhile since Miley Cyrus has put out a new single, but she hasn’t been out of the spotlight with all of the gossip about her here today, gone tomorrow relationship with Mr. Hunger Games actor, Liam Hemsworth. Although she recently tweeted a pic on May 30th with her engagement ring on, maybe this new busy work schedule is a sign that they are off again….?

“Everyone always judges and says what they want, but my fans … have really stood by me no matter what I’ve been through,” said Cyrus about her music. Miley Cyrus is finally bringing some new music to our ears. The singer announced earlier this month on the Billboard Music Awards that she will be releasing a new track called “We Can’t Stop”, which is now only days away. The new single, “We Can’t Stop”, will be dropping the release on Monday.

Cyrus shared glimpse of the video shoot with some photos of the singer with the song’s producer, Mike Will Made It. The music video was shot in Los Angeles where she was spotted wearing lots of gold necklaces and a white cropped top.

While on the set on the video for the upcoming track, Miley Cyrus was also spotted rocking her engagement ring. It’s been a while since the singer/actress has been seen with her rock from fiancee Liam Hemsworth, having many questioning if their marriage was still on. Multiple media outlets had confirmed that the couple had split including the most recent from US Weekly with a source claiming that “they are definitely over”.

Miley Cyrus is hard at work on various musical projects including collaborations with will.i.am and Snoop Lion. The video to Snoop Lion’s “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks” dropped today. “We Can’t Stop” will premiere on June 3 on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show. She debuted the single’s artwork in Times Square earlier this week.

Just a few days after the release of her Elle UK cover, Miley Cyrus has appeared in another racy cover for V Magazine.

Miley stripped down for the magazine, notorious for their sexy cover shots. The magazine doesn’t hit newsstands until May 9, but Entertainment Tonight is set to broadcast a 30 second spot on the shoot on Tuesday night, The cover image has leaked on social media sites such as Twitter and Instagram.

Miley was shot by celebrity photographer Mario Testion where the starlet showing off a good amount of skin. “At one point, even showing a bit of derriere,” said Entertainment Tonight.

In the mag, Miley talks haircuts and working with Pharrell Williams in the studio. She also addresses the recent allegations that her engagement was broken off with Liam Hemsworth. She admits that the couple’s busy schedules gives off the illusion that there’s trouble in paradise. “I’m not home with my boyfriend all the time. We work. Every week it’s ‘Are they broken up? Because we don’t see a photo of them.’ I don’t have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don’t. I’d rather chill at my house and be there for the time I actually get to spend with him. And then I’m at the studio all day. He gets up to work out at six and I come home at five from the studio.”

Miley admits that music has become a top priority for the former Disney star. “I’ve put this record before everything, and I’ve never done that with anything. I’ve put too much into this record to put anything else in front of it.”

Miley Cyrus, 20,  lands the June cover of Elle UK, and inside the magazine she opens up about her engagement to fiance Liam Hemsworth.  I’m not sure when Elle UK sat down with Miley for the interview, but I’m thinking it was long before the two had reportedly split. Rumor has it Liam was caught cheating with January Jones. Even though the two were caught sneaking out of Chateau Marmont together, I’m surprised how much attention it’s getting. Meaning – I’m starting to think they actually DID cheat. That January Jones. Seriously.

Being engaged to Liam: “We have a house together and dogs. It just seems right to be wearing this ring and to be committed. But we keep our relationship low-key and don’t talk about it any more.”

On being private: “We were too nice to the world and gave them too much insight — into my life and my puppies and my house –- and I just don’t feel they get that privilege any more. Like on my Twitter, I’m much more . . . not conservative, but you don’t see a picture of my dogs. You don’t get that personal stuff any more.”

There’s more to her than good looks: “A star is someone who doesn’t have to take her clothes off to be sexy because you naturally have star power. Sex does sell, but you have to find a way that’s not just showing your tits. I don’t want to be a glorified model. They just walk on stage and it’s all about their clothes — or lack of clothes.”

Hollyweird: “This isn’t like any other place. Everything is meant to be attractive, from the people on the sidewalks to the gold fire hydrants in Beverly Hills.”
