Hollywood hottie Megan Fox took a break from the acting lifestyle to give birth to a healthy baby boy in September, 2012, and she already has her sexy physique back. Fox gave away some tips she follows in order to lose pounds fast including staying far away from dairy. “I try to eat whatever I want, but I don’t eat any dairy, and I guess that’s the biggest diet tip,” she tells Us Weekly. “Try and stay away from dairy, especially if you’re a woman! It’s really hard on your hormones.”

Megan Fox also revealed that she didn’t do any type of exercise to lose any of the 13 pounds she gained during the pregnancy. “I can’t work out yet because my body is still too fragile,” she explains. Megan Fox stars in Judd Apatow’s newest comedy film This Is 40, about a married couple growing old together and try to keep the flame alive.

Fox also took the time to praise her husband saying, “He’s an amazing dad,” she gushes. “He does anything that I can’t do at the moment because I’m too tired. Whatever’s going on, he does. He’s with the baby right now. He’s the perfect daddy.”

Being a mother seems to come naturally for actress Megan Fox, who recently told E! News that she loves her son Noah “so much it hurts.”
“The whole thing has been overwhelming because I didn’t realize you could love something so much, and I know people always say that but I love him so much it hurts, and it’s an interesting feeling to have because I never felt that before.”
Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green welcomed baby Noah into their family back in November and Fox says that being a mom has already affected the way that she approaches work.
“It changes your perspective about being overly sexual in a film when you have a baby. I’m going to be more cautious about choosing films because I’m already thinking about when he’s in school and his friends are going to be showing him my photo shoots with me in a bikini and he’s going to be horrified.”

Actress Megan Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green welcomed their first child late last month, according to E! News. The couple has been very secretive about the birth so far, preferring to keep this special time a private affair. Even the pregnancy was kept quiet until April, when the baby bump could no longer be hidden. Just four hours ago Fox took to her Facebook page to announce the exciting news saying “We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27^th. He is healthy, happy and perfect.” Fox and Green married in June of 2010 and Fox told Cosmopolitan back it April that they were eager to have a family telling then that she had “always been maternal” and would like to have 2 or 3 children. This is the first child for Fox; Green has a ten year old son named Kassius from a previous relationship.
