Lindsay Lohan has been battling her drug addication and substance issues for quite some time now, and she’s found herself doing another stint in rehab. It’s really a sad case of what Hollywood can do to a child actor if they don’t have the right support system around them. But Lohan might have guidance from someone pretty famous while getting clean, and that’s her good friend Brooke Mueller.

According to TMZ, Mueller and Lohan are both staying in the hospital wing at The Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage and they’ve even had the chance to stop and say hello to each other. Mueller has been in and out of rehab for a number of years now, gaining a reputation as quite the party girl in Tinsel Town. Both these ladies are also good friends with notorious party animal Charlie Sheen, who’s had some type of relationship with both these ladies.

Hopefully Mueller is being a good influence on her so she gets clean and gets back to working in movie.
