Hot off the  news of a new baby, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just bought an $11 million mansion according to TMZ. The future parents are now owners of a 10,000 square foot place in a private, gated community in Bel Air, California.

Kim and Kanye have owned the home for a few weeks and have began renovations adding another 4,000 square feet to turn the mansion into an Italian style villa. In true KimYe style, the home will be decked out with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool, and of course a baby nursery. It’ll also be a surprise if the fully decked home didn’t include a studio for Kanye.  Their neighbors will include high profile celebrities like actress Jennifer Aniston, NBA player Chris Paul, and  Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis.

Reports say KimYe has refused a $3 million tabloid offer for the first baby pictures that is expected in June, possibly holding out for the highest bidder. Some high priced baby pics have include Brad Pitt’s and Angelina Jolie’s photo of their twins for a record $14 million, which they so kindly gave to charity.

Wedding bells have not rung yet considering Kim is still legally married to basketball player Kris Humphries. According to reports, Humphries is refusing to settle their tumultuous divorce.
