It looks like lovebirds Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are ready to build a nest. The couple, who are expecting their first child, have reportedly purchased an $11 million home in Bel Air, California together.

The 10,000 square foot home was originally viewed by the couple on January 2^nd and now its full steam ahead as they have the house gutted to create a new 14,000 square foot design. Post renovations the home will feature a home theatre, gym, bowling alley, basketball court and several outdoor pools all done in the style of an Italian villa.

The duo, who announced Kim’s pregnancy just before the New Year will have some very famous neighbors. Jennifer Aniston, “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis and Los Angeles Clippers player Chris Paul all live in the west Los Angeles neighborhood. The expecting parents were recently seen hanging with Jay-Z and Beyonce leading many to believe that the super couple will be named as godparents to Kardashian and West’s first child.
