Mega country star Randy Travis told reporters that he didn’t do it and pleads not guilty to assault charges stemming from a ruckus in the parking lot of a church in late August. A March 11th court date has been set to discover just what really happened when Travis was cited after allegedly getting involved with an argument between his girlfriend and her ex husband. Travis has had trouble with the law before including suspicion of public intoxication and driving under the influence as well as threatening an officer.  Travis’s attorney was singing a different tune, telling people that Travis had stepped in as a good-samaritan to help and not to attack.Travis has had his issues but is now looking to turn his life around.

“Randy is no longer drinking any alcohol,” Friedman told the Morning News. “He’s committed to a new fitness regimen that includes a strict three-hour workout every day and a new high-protein diet.”

Prosecutors are asking the judge to revoke Lindsay Lohan’s probation and if they get their way the troubled young star could be facing up to 8 months behind bars. According to celebrity gossip site TMZ, the paperwork has already been filed in court requesting that Lohan’s probation, which she received for her involvement in a jewelry theft last year, be revoked.
According to a source close to officials, prosecutors have been “out for blood,” since Lohan was involved in a car accident in Santa Monica over the summer. Her Porsche crashed into a dump truck on the PCH and police believe that Lohan lied about who was behind the wheel of the vehicle at the time of the accident.Charges were filed in the incident including; providing false information, obstructing an investigation and reckless driving, just hours after Lohan was arrested at a nightclub in New York for allegedly punching a female patron.
Lohan will not be in court when she is arraigned in court today on the three misdemeanor counts.

Nicollette Sheridan had her day in court but unfortunately for the actress a judge refused to grant an appeal for her case against ABC’s ‘Desperate Housewives.’ This marks the end of the road for Sheridan’s 2 ½ year court battle against her former employers for firing her. The original suit was filed against the show’s creator Marc Cherry and ABC Studios and sought $20 million for wrongful termination. Sheridan maintains that she was fired because she complained the Cherry hit her in the head during an argument on the ‘Desperate Housewives’ set. When a jury failed to reach a verdict earlier in the year, Sheridan requested a rehearing which was denied. The actress then attempted to take her case to the California Supreme Court but the result was the same. Sheridan has been keeping a low profile since her departure from primetime but has appeared in a few made for television movies and the film ‘Jewtopia.’

Bobby Brown appeared in a Los Angeles court yesterday to confront the DUI charges stemming from a traffic stop last month and decided to plead not guilty.

On October, 24 Brown was pulled over for driving erratically and the investigating officers discovered that Brown did not have his court-mandated dashboard Breathalizer. Brown was charged with refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving with a suspended license due to a conviction of an alcohol offense, and driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.

Brown could be facing serious consequences for these later charges, two of which stem from a DUI conviction back in March as he is currently serving three years of probation. If convicted on the latest charges Brown could be looking at up to two years in prison. In the meantime the judge has ordered the New Edition singer to attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meeting every week until his next court appearance, scheduled for December, 13^th.
