The Rolling Stones are taking over New Jersey’s Prudential Center this weekend and announced today that Lady Gaga and the Black Keys, along with New Jersey native Bruce Springsteen, will be joining them onstage for the big event. Sunday marks the final US appearance for the legendary rockers on their 50 and Counting tour and for those that can’t make it Newark, the “One More Shot” show will be streamed live via pay-per-view.
The Stones have featured guest appearances throughout the tour so far including the likes of Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton and the latest stars to join the lineup appear excited about the prospect of performing with the legendary Stones. Lady Gaga took to Twitter today to say: “I am so honored and excited to announce I will be performing with @rollingstones on Dec 15 for their 50th anniversary concert ‘One More Shot.’ He had me at ‘Hello, it’s Mick.’”

It was a huge night for Rolling Stones fans as the legendary band kicked off their 50 & Counting tour in London on Sunday night. The band put on a 2 ½ hour show that featured songs from throughout their entire career and special appearances from fellow musicians Mary J. Blige and Jeff Beck as well as former band mates Bill Wyman and Mick Taylor.

Reviews are starting to pour in and overall it seems like the Stones can still rock live on stage. Rolling Stone said “This was the Stones in the raw,” and the Sun pointed out that “the band were tight, but rough around the edges.” The played many of their greatest hits including ‘Tumbling Dice’ and ‘Sympathy for the Devil’ but also proved that, according to the Guardian, the show “seemed to be about more than mere nostalgia.” Next up for the band? Performances in New York and New Jersey this December.
