Prosecutors are asking the judge to revoke Lindsay Lohan’s probation and if they get their way the troubled young star could be facing up to 8 months behind bars. According to celebrity gossip site TMZ, the paperwork has already been filed in court requesting that Lohan’s probation, which she received for her involvement in a jewelry theft last year, be revoked.
According to a source close to officials, prosecutors have been “out for blood,” since Lohan was involved in a car accident in Santa Monica over the summer. Her Porsche crashed into a dump truck on the PCH and police believe that Lohan lied about who was behind the wheel of the vehicle at the time of the accident.Charges were filed in the incident including; providing false information, obstructing an investigation and reckless driving, just hours after Lohan was arrested at a nightclub in New York for allegedly punching a female patron.
Lohan will not be in court when she is arraigned in court today on the three misdemeanor counts.

Rocker Jon Bon Jovi’s 19 year-old daughter was rushed to the hospital early this morning after suffering a suspected heroin overdose in her college dormitory. According to police sources an ambulance was sent to Stephanie Bongiovi’s dorm around 2 am after she was found unresponsive in her room at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. Police conducted a search of the room and found heroin and marijuana. Bongiovi and another student, 21 year-old Ian S Grant have both been charged with possession of heroin and marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Reps for Bon Jovi have yet to comment on the incident but a rep for the college said: “In addition to violating state law, the actions alleged to have been committed by the students violate Hamilton college policy. The college is co-operating with the police investigation.” Bongiovi is the eldest of Bon Jovi’s four children with wife Dorothea Hurley.

A judge has ordered Scout Willis, daughter of Hollywood superstars Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, to two days of community service to put an end to her open container and fake ID case. Willis was arrested back on June 4th in Manhattan’s Union Square for allegedly drinking an 8oz can of Pakistani beer. At the time Willis was only 20 years old and told police that her name was Katherine Kelly, the attempted deception led to a charge of misdemeanor impersonation. Willis’ lawyer claimed that the charges were false as the only beer manufacturer in Pakistan does not produce an 8oz can and that they are not allowed to export to the U.S. Willis did not have to enter a plea in court, the judge decided to dismiss charges so long she completes her two days of community service, what is legally known as adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.
