Since speculation that the leg victim of Miguel might sue, there have been several reports made that Billboard warned the singer against attempting the stunt. In more news,  reps of the singer claim that Miguel practiced the jumped twice that resulted in the unfortunate leg drop accident of audience member, Khyati Shah.

According to TMZ, representatives of the Billboard Music Awards producers did not tell Miguel not to jump in response to earlier reports that claimed they had warned the singer against performing the now infamous jump. The singer’s reps noted that producers asked Miguel about the stunt so that they could capture it on camera. They also claim that the producers seemingly supported the leap, completely opposite of what the BMA is reporting.

The back and forth has intensified since Shah’s attorney has revealed that the victim has suffered some “difficulties” that suggest “neurological head injury”. If medical examiners confirm, her lawyer states that there could be grounds to pursue a case. Her lawyer also stated that Shah was only given an ice pack after the incident and not a medical evaluation.

Miguel has had several stage accidents, including a fall earlier this year. It is unsure who is telling the truth in this case, since both parties do not want to be to blame if a case is pursued.

The look was full coverage and glam but it was still very toned down compared to looks we are used to from her and she is receiving very high reviews! The newly slim singer had an amazing performance as she sang, Feel This Moment with Pitbull.

Christina has always stayed confident through her weight fluctuations and media criticism, saying back in 2012 that, “I love my body. My boyfriend [Matthew Rustler] loves my body. My son [Max] is healthy and happy, so that’s all that matters to me.”

Friends of Aguilera say that she hasn’t been ‘dieting’ that she is trying to take a healthy approach to life by trying new exercises and doing things that she really enjoys rather than things that she has to do in order to look a certain way. Well, it’s working! She rocked the little black ensemble at The Billboard Music Awards. This was the 2nd time that the ‘Genie in a Bottle’ star (kids go look it up, lol!) has went basic black in order to accentuate her new bod. Last week Aguilera Tweeted a photo wearing a black bra and matching black pencil skirt showing us the ocean waves from her tropical pad. She also caused quite the stir at the March Voice event and the Time 100 Gala, created more oohhs and ahhhhs as she showed up to both unexpectedly slimmer.

The 32 year old will soon be returning as a coach for the 5^th season of the NBC music competition, The Voice this fall along with fellow returning coach Cee Lo Green!
