Prosecutors are asking the judge to revoke Lindsay Lohan’s probation and if they get their way the troubled young star could be facing up to 8 months behind bars. According to celebrity gossip site TMZ, the paperwork has already been filed in court requesting that Lohan’s probation, which she received for her involvement in a jewelry theft last year, be revoked.
According to a source close to officials, prosecutors have been “out for blood,” since Lohan was involved in a car accident in Santa Monica over the summer. Her Porsche crashed into a dump truck on the PCH and police believe that Lohan lied about who was behind the wheel of the vehicle at the time of the accident.Charges were filed in the incident including; providing false information, obstructing an investigation and reckless driving, just hours after Lohan was arrested at a nightclub in New York for allegedly punching a female patron.
Lohan will not be in court when she is arraigned in court today on the three misdemeanor counts.

Looks like there is no end to the trouble that actress Lindsay Lohan can find herself in. The young starlet has already had a rough couple of weeks that have included an assault arrest at a NYC night club and new charges stemming from a car accident last summer and now the IRS is closing in as well. The Internal Revenue Service has seized all of Lindsay’s bank accounts to cover the massive $233,904 that she owes in back taxes from 2009 and 2010. Last week Charlie Sheen, who Lohan became friendly with while they were filming ‘Scary Movie 5’ together, cut her a $100,000 check to help her out with the debt but it appears that the IRS grew tired of waiting for the rest. Lindsay’s scrambling to earn the money she needs to appease the IRS but in the meantime she will also need to figure out how to pay her mounting legal fees.

Rapper and comedian Katt Williams was arrested last night after a bar fight broke out in Seattle, and he allegedly threatened bar patrons with a pool cue. Law enforcement officials allege that Williams “brandished a pool cue at a bar manager and refused to leave the business,” and went on to follow a group outside and hit a woman in the eye with a cigarette as they got in their car. Police went on to say that Williams threw a rock at the car as it drove away.

Williams, who is best known for his work on “Friday After Next” and MTV’s improve show “Wild n’Out,” was arrested for assault, harassment and obstructing police and was released early this morning, The bizarre outburst comes just one week after Williams was caught on video slapping a Target employee in the face. Williams was also a no-show on November 29^th for his first of two performances at the Paramount Theatre.

While it may be hard to believe, Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer is maintaining that no drugs or alcohol were involved in the incident that led to her clients arrest at a New York City night club last night.

“I can tell you when I was with her this morning; she was in great condition,” her lawyer said in a statement to E!News. “She was certainly not intoxicated, certainly not under the influence of drugs. She was clear [and] lucid, her eyes were clear. No alcohol involvement whatsoever on this occasion.”

Her lawyer, Mark Heller, did admit that he didn’t probe his client about her activities earlier in the evening. He admitted to not asking his client if she had done drugs at any point, saying: “It wasn’t even brought up. She was perfectly appropriate. And the police made note of that.”

The troubled starlet is set to face charges on January 7^th but Heller believes that his client will be proven innocent before her court date.

A tragedy has been averted as police arrested a 20 year old from Bolivar, MO who allegedly planned to shoot theater goers at a ‘Breaking Dawn: Part 2’ showing. Blaec Lammers has been charged with felony assault, making a terrorist threat and armed criminal action after his mother called police for fear of another incident like the “Dark Knight” theater massacre back in July.

According to a detective involved with the investigation “Blaec Lammers stated that he had purchased tickets to go see the ‘Twilight’ movie…and he was going to shoot people at the movie theatre on that night.”

The detective went on to say that he believed, at the last minute, that Lammers decided to start shooting at a local Walmart instead for fear of running out of ammunition.

When police found Lammers he was in possession of two guns and 400 rounds of ammunition. He is being held at Polk County Jail.

Sam Worthington, star of ‘Clash of the Titans’ and Avatar was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia Saturday night after allegedly getting into a fight with a restaurant doorman. According to a report from E! News, Worthington was denied entry to Vortex because he was already too intoxicated. The 36 year old actor is said to have shoved the doorman twice and used profanity forcing the doorman to pepper spray Worthington and restrain him with handcuffs until the police arrived on the scene.

Worthington was arrested and taken into custody on charges of disorderly conduct but the charges were later dropped when a witness failed to appear in court.

Worthington isn’t the only celebrity to run afoul of the law in recent months; here are a few other celebrities whose mug shots have been making the rounds.

Olympic medalist Shaun White was arrested recently in Nashville and charged with vandalism and public intoxication after pulling a fire alarm and breaking a phone at a hotel. He is also accused of kicking a passerby who attempted to prevent him from fleeing the scene.

Edward Furlong, star of ‘Terminator 2,’ was arrested last Tuesday at Los Angeles International Airport after grabbing his girlfriend by the arm. The police took Furlong into custody and charged the actor with felony domestic violence. He was later released on $50,000 bail and will return to court on November, 30^th.

Songstress Fiona Apple was arrested back in September after police at the Sierra Blanca check point searched Apple’s tour bus and found a small quantity of hashish. She was taken to the Hudspeth County Jail on drug possession charges. This is the same infamous Texas town that arrested Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg and Arnie Hammer. Nelly was also pulled over in Sierra Blanca recently and narrowly escaped a trip to prison when drugs and weapons were found on his tour bus.

Bobby Brown was arrested early Wednesday morning for failing to pass a field sobriety test, making this the second DUI charge in only 7 months for the former boy-bander. Former New Edition member and ex-husband of the late Whitney Houston, Brown was just a few miles from his Encino, California home when police pulled him over. “He was pulled over for a traffic violation and based on officer’s observations, he was arrested and booked for driving under the influence,” authorities told the Daily News this morning. “He failed a combination of the field sobriety test and the breathalyzer. It sounds like he was cooperative.” According to police Brown spent several hours in jail before being released on $25,000 bail.

This was not Brown’s first run in with the police in recent months. Back in March Brown was pulled over by the police for talking on his cell phone and smelled alcohol on the singer. According to a source close to Brown the alcohol was still in his system from drinking he had done the night before. The source went on to day “It could have been worse. It could have been really, really bad behavior, with all his irate-ness and craziness.” As part of a plea agreement for the March charges Brown spent much of the summer in rehab.

Bad behavior and substance abuse have been a serious issue for Brown for decades and rumors of violence and drug use circulated freely throughout most of his 14 year marriage to Whitney Houston. He spent 5 days in jail back in 1996 after a drunk driving arrest and was back in jail in 2000 after failing a court-ordered drug test. It’s not all bad news for Brown however; the singer married his longtime manager Alicia Etheridge back in June and released an album over the summer, his first in over 14 years. The singer has so far kept quite though on the upcoming nuptials between his daughter Bobbi Kristina and her adopted brother.

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested Wednesday morning in New York City after allegedly hitting a pedestrian with her car and leaving the scene before the police arrived. Lohan was driving a black SUV with 2 male passengers on their way to the Dream Downtown when she hit the 34 year old man who was in a pedestrian crosswalk and didn’t stop her car until reaching the Dream. Upon arrival Lohan went straight into the club and a passenger stayed behind to speak to the victim. Police arrested Lohan leaving the club about a half hour later. Today surveillance video has surfaced that shows that the victims account of the incident is grossly exaggerated. According to TMZ to police officers watched the video this morning and could not agree that Lohan hit the pedestrian at all. The video shows the man sprinting after the SUV and then backing away when he recognizes the actress.

Actress Sally Struthers, as well known for her public service announcements as her roles on “All in the Family” and “The Gilmore Girls” was arrested early Wednesday morning for drunk driving in Ogunquit, Maine. According to officials Struthers, age 65, was pulled over around 12:30 am after being spotted driving erratically and was taken into custody on charfes of operating a vehicle under the influence of Alcohol. Sally Struthers was in Maine starring in a production on the musical “9-5” at the Ogunquit Playhouse. The show began August 23rd and closed last Saturday. Officials say the Emmy winning actress was cooperative with authorities and posted a $165 bail and was released later Wednesday night. Struthers will have to return to York District Court on December 13th and if found guilty is facing a $400 fine and a license suspension of 90 days. A rep for Struthers said that the actress is working and doing well and plans on denying all charges.

Actor Michael Madsen was arrested Wednesday in Malibu under suspicion of driving drunk on the Pacific Coast Highway. The actor was allegedly driving his Pontiac GTO erratically and was pulled over by police just before 3 pm. According to reports the Reservoir Dogs actor had a blood alcohol level of .21 which is twice the legal limit in California. During booking the actor complained of a medical issue and was taken to the hospital where doctors recommended that he stay the night. Due to privacy laws no information on Madison’s condition has been released but deputies did release him and leave him in the care of doctors. This is the second arrest in two months for the actor made famous by his roles in several Quentin Tarantino films including Kill Bill 1 and 2 and Reservoir Dogs. Back in March, Madison was arrested in his home in Malibu for allegedly getting in a drunken fight with his son but charges were later dropped due to a lack of evidence.
