Megan Fox Reveals How She Lost Baby Weight Fast

 

Hollywood hottie Megan Fox took a break from the acting lifestyle to give birth to a healthy baby boy in September, 2012, and she already has her sexy physique back. Fox gave away some tips she follows in order to lose pounds fast including staying far away from dairy. “I try to eat whatever I want, but I don’t eat any dairy, and I guess that’s the biggest diet tip,” she tells Us Weekly. “Try and stay away from dairy, especially if you’re a woman! It’s really hard on your hormones.”

Megan Fox also revealed that she didn’t do any type of exercise to lose any of the 13 pounds she gained during the pregnancy. “I can’t work out yet because my body is still too fragile,” she explains. Megan Fox stars in Judd Apatow’s newest comedy film This Is 40, about a married couple growing old together and try to keep the flame alive.

Fox also took the time to praise her husband saying, “He’s an amazing dad,” she gushes. “He does anything that I can’t do at the moment because I’m too tired. Whatever’s going on, he does. He’s with the baby right now. He’s the perfect daddy.”
