Amanda Bynes Moves Out Of NYC Apartment After Threats Of Eviction

Amanda Bynes is hitting the  road. The actress moved out of her New York City apartment after threats of eviction.

According to TMZ, Bynes was a nuisance to the apartment complex. Her landlord called her a disrespectful rule breaker. Sources tell TMZ that the actress received a letter from the landlord saying that her lease would be terminated because of the raucous she causes in the complex. TMZ reports that the landlord’s decision was based on several complaints from residents that Bynes was smoking marijuana in her apartment. “Morning, noon, and night”, said the source. Amanda Bynes resides in a non-smoking apartment, but sources say she was also seen smoking weed in the hallways.

Amanda decided to move out of the apartment complex before they had a chance to evict her. The What I Like About You Actress was spotted with moving trucks in front of her apartment complex. There is no details on where the actress decides to move to next.

Amanda Bynes, who is best known for movies such as Easy A, What A Girl Wants, and Hairspray, was arrested on suspicion of a DUI and was accused of a hit and run last year.  The trouble actress had a rough 2012 with a slew of legal problems.
